Gelcoat cracks

I have just noticed two symmetrical gelcoat cracks on the bridge deck each beginning outboard of the screws for the ladder and extending outward and down. I assume these are related to drysailing the boat and the lifting strap exerting pressure. Is this a potentially dangerous situation ? Is it supposed to happen ? What should I do to prevent the situation from getting worse. The rest of the gelcoat is like new (boat built in 96)

Problem #2 I have a peanut size gauge in the coating of the sprit. There has been no "trauma" that I can recall. Is this something to worry about or do anything about or can I ignore it ?

I was washing Gizmo today and noticed two hairline cracks in the non-skid on the port side just forward of the chainplates. Is this common or should I be concerned?

Thanks!
