North recommends 32'10.5" What is intended to be the measuring point on the toggle at the top of the stay where it attaches to the mast? It is not clear, since the tuning guide refers to the center of the pins at both ends, but there is a toggle and no pin at the top. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Dear Mike,
I think they mean pin to pin messurement regarding of whether there are 2 pins or a pin and a toggle or even two toggles. Just imagine the toggle as they would be an extention of the wire and would have a pin and you are right. (We call it eye to eye messurement which is the centre of pin, toggle or whatever.)
