Hi there,

Saw your post regarding j80 in Ireland. I happen to have one I got out of France last year and is sitting in Arklow. I'm not quite sure if it is the only one here. You can mail me, michael.obrien@arup.com , if you want to have a look or need anything. Key yachting in Hamble are the agents for the UK and Ireland.

Hi Myself and a friend are taking delivery of a new one at the end of the month it will be kept in Carlingford lough and hope to do the Autumn League in Howth later in the season. I also new there was one in Arklow ans I think also somewhere on the Shannon..so there will only 3 in Ireland but I think this number will start to grow.I do not think that the others in Arklow and Shannon race..not sure?? Hi,

I sail #749 on Lough Derg (Dromineer and Garrykennedy on the Tipperary shores). I have it 2 years and have just started to race it locally. Added a smaller reaching asymmetric this year which is better for local sailing.

It is interesting to read about boats in Ireland, but your posts are probably not being read by most folks in the UK, since they have their own forum...
