Has anyone within the class checked to see if Rudy Scott is an owner? Last year at the Worlds in England he was not an owner. Last year his ISAF ranking was pending until a week after the worlds were over. All of a sudden he was a Cat3 professional sailor. He is still Cat3 under the current list which means he must be an owner.

This should be checked during vetting of the entries. Assuming he is chartering one of the class-provided boats, documentation should be requested when arranging the charter contract.

50 cent. You make a good point, but I think it would be more credible if you posted using your real name.
