Hi, Just hoisted the mast on my J80 and seem to have forgotten the connection points for the stays ( took a guess ) . Searched internet with no luck ( any picts found where too small to discern ) . If someone please let me know what points the uppers , lowers and mids connect to ( ie . upper to forward left plate or some such direction/pict)I'd be greatful, I don't drop the mast often so I'm at a loss.

Thanks in Advance!!
Evan

Hi Evan, if you have a US J80, there are 2 pairs of chainplates. The thick aft pair hold the uppers on the outside and the lowers on the inside. The forward thin pair hold the intermediates - these have a smaller pin hole.

Many thanks bill. Wondered if I could ask one more. Seems we have lost the clevis pins for the stay connections. Do you happen to know the sizes it takes ?

Clevis pins for uppers & lowers are 3/8". Thinner pins for intermediates but don't remember size - you can measure holes in the toggles anyway.
